Break free from fears holding you back with reiki

Why do fears exist

Fears exist because of childhood traumas, cultural conditioning, peer pressure and family dynamics. Once these experiences are embedded, they are buried in the sub conscious as a coping mechanism  which eventually manifests in you as your fear. The more fears are avoided, the more it persists.

Working  through your fears with reiki

Going back to your early childhood is a way to understand how the fear manifested if you are unable to remember when the fear started. This is a long and difficult process involving releasing pain and suppressed emotions. Through Reiki, you are guided down this path of healing to find the source of your experience that is manifesting as fear.

Cells in the body remember all your experiences and store these in the form of energy. Reiki can tap into this energetic side of the body enabling it to assist in bringing clarity to the suppressed experiences that you have long forgotten, by shifting the thoughts from the sub conscious to the conscious mind.

When you are able to determine where the problems come from, you are able to work through your fears.

In your Reiki treatment, your energy fields and chakras will be assessed, revealing where the blockages occur.

As you receive more Reiki and begin to work through your experiences, you can begin to reveal the source of what is manifesting as fear, and begin to conquer it. This is a challenging journey.

Growing from the past

To be able to move forward, you have to be committed to the journey ahead and give yourself permission to let go. Relived experiences can be emotionally rough.

Don’t begin if you are not committed to the end.

The fear of being alone relates to many people that struggle with relationships. This can be relationships with a partner or even friends and family.

If you find you continue to attract bad relationships into your life, it can be the result of repetitive patterns of behavior that you don’t realize is based on a fear experienced in the past.

This is how powerful a fear can be. You have shaped your beliefs and self esteem on that experience.

Being told as a child “you must be seen and not heard” can manifest later in life as your opinion is not important. Therefore you become conditioned to having a fear of expressing yourself, resulting in a low self esteem and attracting dominating partners into your life. You land up always being told what to do and not being able to express what you feel is right.

The other side of fear
Imagine yourself beaming with more confidence and having a greater self esteem. Once you have worked through your fears, you allow new opportunities and experience to materialise enabling you to grow. Through self growth and development you create the experiences you hope for. It is all possible!
